Day Treatment

A day treatment program, also referred to as a partial hospitalization program (PHP) by insurance providers, offers several hours of treatment five days a week. Outside of treatment, you’ll be free to live at home and enjoy daily life.

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient Treatment

An outpatient program provides a few hours of treatment three or four days a week. This program is more flexible than day treatment, and the sessions are in the morning or evening, so you can work or attend school outside of the program.

Questions everyone asks first

Mental health treatment is offered across several levels of care depending on each patient’s needs. Residential treatment and inpatient rehab provide 24-hour support for individuals experiencing severe symptoms, including those with dual diagnosis, when mental health conditions like depression occur alongside substance use involving drugs or alcohol.

For those who don’t require 24-hour care, outpatient services offer a more flexible option. These programs allow patients to attend therapy and support groups while continuing to live at home, making it easier to balance treatment with daily responsibilities. Our accredited treatment center, recognized by the Joint Commission, helps ensure that patients receive high-quality care at every stage. In many cases, individual, group, and family therapy are also integrated to support the healing of both the individual and their loved ones.

If you’re struggling with mental health, the first step is reaching out. Our team can guide you through the admissions process, answer questions about available levels of care, and help you determine if residential, inpatient, or outpatient treatment is right for you.

Dual diagnosis treatment is designed for patients experiencing both a mental health condition, such as anxiety, and a substance use disorder. This type of care combines mental health services with addiction treatment to address both issues at the same time. Many individuals in need of dual diagnosis care have tried addiction treatment before but continue to struggle due to untreated mental health symptoms.

Addiction treatment within a dual diagnosis program typically includes individual therapy, psychiatric support, and medication management, along with services focused on recovery from alcohol and drug use. You may need this level of care if your symptoms return after traditional rehab or if your addiction is closely tied to mental health issues like anxiety, trauma, or depressive disorders.

Dual diagnosis services are available across levels of care, including a higher level of treatment like inpatient rehab and residential care and lower levels of treatment including intensive outpatient programs, and community-based treatment settings.

Effective dual diagnosis treatment is grounded in evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment practices that are adapted to meet the needs of each patient. Access to ongoing treatment is important to building long-term recovery and maintaining progress after completing a treatment program.

We accept most major insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Coverage for mental health treatment varies by provider and plan, but our admissions team will verify your benefits and explain exactly what’s covered before you commit to anything. Checking your coverage is free, confidential, and creates no obligation. Nothing is shared with your employer or family.

Whether you’re seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, or a co-occurring condition, we’ll help you understand your options and get into the level of care that’s right for you.

The hardest part is this call. We'll handle everything after it.

One confidential conversation, no pressure, no judgment. Just clear answers about what treatment looks like and what it costs.
