Stephanie Douglas, LADC II
Program Director
Stephanie began her work in the recovery field as a case manager, inspired by her own journey through addiction. Determined to expand her impact, she completed the Addiction Counseling Program at Middlesex Community College and became a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (LADC II). Over the years, Stephanie advanced from case manager to counselor and now serves as Program Director. She combines personal insight with clinical knowledge to lead with compassion, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and empowered on their path to recovery. Her mission is to provide a space where healing is possible and hope is always within reach.
As Stephanie says, “Recovery isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being honest, open, and willing to grow.”
