Mental Health & Addiction Treatment for Adults

Specialized Behavioral Healthcare for Adults and Young Adults
We provide evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment for adults, young adults, and their families.
Our multidisciplinary team delivers comprehensive care, addressing both mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders with a structured, clinically informed approach.
Whole Person Care for Addiction and Mental Health
Our adult programs focus on the full picture of recovery, combining individual therapy, group support, medication management, and practical life skills. Each treatment plan is customized to your needs, whether you’re working through depression, anxiety, substance use, or a combination. Care is structured to promote long-term progress, not just short-term relief.
Specialized, Evidence-Based Care for Adults and Young Adults
Our team includes licensed clinicians and medical providers who specialize in adult addiction and mental health care. We understand the pressures that come with careers, relationships, identity, and daily responsibilities. Psychiatric support is ongoing and adjusted as needed to keep treatment aligned with your goals.
Support for Loved Ones Throughout the Process
Meaningful recovery often includes the people closest to you. When appropriate, we involve partners, family members, or trusted supporters through therapy sessions, guided communication, and educational resources. This helps build healthier relationships and strengthens the foundation for lasting recovery.
Adults (Ages 18+)
Mental health challenges and substance use often go hand in hand, making it tough to move forward. The right support meets you where you are today while helping you build the future you want. It’s time to push past obstacles and step into what’s next. We’re here to help.

levels of care

Teen Mental Health Treatment
Teen mental health treatment at Elevate is designed to support adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional challenges during critical developmental years. Through evidence-based therapy, individualized care plans, and family involvement, teens receive the tools they need to build resilience and improve emotional regulation.

Day Treatment
A day treatment program, also referred to as a partial hospitalization program (PHP) by insurance providers, offers several hours of treatment five days a week. Outside of treatment, you’ll be free to live at home and enjoy daily life.

Outpatient Treatment
An outpatient program provides a few hours of treatment three or four days a week. This program is more flexible than day treatment, and the sessions are in the morning or evening, so you can work or attend school outside of the program.

Afterschool Program
An afterschool program makes it easy for teens to get the help they need. By focusing on treatment after school ends, we make it easier for our clients to avoid scheduling conflicts and maintain their normal participation with classes and friends.

Telehealth Virtual Rehab
Virtual treatment options, also known as telehealth services, make it easy to keep up with your treatment if you need to travel or have transportation issues. A virtual program allows you to get mental health treatment regardless of where you live.
