Adulthood doesn’t come with a manual, and feeling overwhelmed is more common than you think. We help adults and young adults navigate anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, and life’s demands with evidence-based tools that create real change.
Our teen and adolescent programs are designed with compassion and understanding. Whether they’re facing anxiety, depression, school stress, or family challenges, our professional team offers real support that meets them where they are and helps them move forward.
A day treatment program offers several hours of treatment five days a week. Outside of treatment, you’ll be free to live at home and enjoy daily life. Our day treatment program includes individual and group therapy as well as other treatment approaches.
An outpatient program provides a few hours of treatment three or four days a week. This program is more flexible than day treatment, and the sessions are in the morning or evening, so you can work or attend school outside of the program.
An afterschool program makes it easy for teens to get the help they need. By focusing on treatment after school ends, we make it easier for our clients to avoid scheduling conflicts and maintain their normal participation with classes and friends.
Virtual treatment options, also known as telehealth services, make it easy to keep up with your treatment if you need to travel or have transportation issues. A virtual program allows you to get mental health treatment regardless of where you live.
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, constant worry, or physical symptoms that interrupt daily functioning. Treatment helps reduce fear, manage stress, and increase confidence in everyday situations. With support, you can better understand your triggers, calm your nervous system, and feel more present and in control of your life.
Depression can affect sleep, energy, motivation, and overall quality of life. It often feels like a heavy cloud that’s hard to shake. Therapeutic support offers ways to process difficult emotions, improve functioning, and reconnect with sources of meaning and joy. With the right care, it’s possible to begin feeling like yourself again.
Trauma can have lasting effects that show up emotionally, physically, and mentally. Symptoms like flashbacks, avoidance, and a sense of constant alertness can interfere with daily life. Trauma-focused therapy provides a safe environment to process the past, rebuild trust, and regain a sense of peace and safety in the present.
Bipolar disorder involves shifts between depressive and manic states that can feel overwhelming and unpredictable. Treatment focuses on helping you recognize early warning signs, stabilize mood, and manage daily responsibilities with more confidence. With long-term support and planning, people can build a more consistent, meaningful life.
Borderline personality disorder affects how you relate to yourself and others. It may involve emotional intensity, impulsive behavior, and fear of abandonment. Therapy focuses on building emotional regulation, communication skills, and healthy boundaries. Over time, relationships can feel more secure, and daily life becomes easier to manage.
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that feel hard to stop. These patterns can interfere with work, relationships, and everyday routines. Therapy helps you understand the cycle of OCD, reduce compulsive actions, and develop skills that allow you to feel more in control.
What might seem like typical teenage moodiness can be something more serious—severe depression. Teenage depression isn’t just the occasional bad mood. It is a persistent feeling of sadness or hopelessness. There is hope, though, in proper teen depression treatment.
Panic disorder involves sudden, intense episodes of fear that can feel overwhelming and unpredictable. These panic attacks may come with physical symptoms like a racing heart, shortness of breath, or dizziness. Treatment helps you understand the cycle of panic, reduce symptoms, and regain a sense of control—so daily life no longer feels limited by fear or anxiety.
Grief after losing someone close can feel overwhelming and deeply personal. Supportive care during this time focuses on helping you understand your experience and work through pain, sadness, and isolation. Whether the loss is recent or long ago, therapy offers space to honor your emotions, make sense of the change, and gradually begin healing while…
Stress can build over time or appear suddenly, affecting how you think, feel, and function. When stress becomes too much to handle, structured support can help you learn how to manage it more effectively. Therapy provides tools to recognize stress triggers, respond with intention, and feel more grounded—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
Anger management therapy helps you explore how you express anger and develop more constructive communication skills. With support and practice, it becomes easier to gain control over reactions, improve interactions with others, and feel more balanced emotionally, creating space for healing, understanding, and lasting change.
ADHD can impact focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. Many people experience frustration, forgetfulness, or difficulty following through on tasks. With the right strategies and support, it’s possible to improve attention, reduce stress, and create structure that makes life feel more manageable and productive.
Schizophrenia can affect how you think, feel, and relate to the world around you. Treatment often includes medication to manage symptoms and therapy to develop coping skills, improve communication, and increase independence. With consistent care and the right tools, many people find greater stability, stronger connections, and a better ability to manage the challenges of this complex condition.
